What is a good dance system I can use to get good exercise and lose weight? Like one you can use with your TV?

I want one of those, but I don’t have a Wii or anything, so I can’t get the Wii one or any other one that goes with a console. How about like Dance Dance Revolution? Do you need a console for that? What are some other good ones that are fun, and a good way to lose weight. Thanks! Any advice will help!
